Gastronomy

A zone Fonsagrada is highly recommended for its gastronomic value. We can taste it famous "Octopus fair", the typical Galician stew, Fonsagrada pie, among many others. Also highly recommended is the flesh of our calves: Chop, Steak, Churrasco fabulous ...... fed in pastures. But surely, the highlight of the cuisine of the area is known butelo, A special type of traditional inlaid this area, prepared homemade meat of the hog, whose production is itself a tradition passed down from father to son.
